A small yearly management fee will apply to all villas. This is to cover all aspects of running the resort in
a safe, secure and efficient way. Costs will also cover property and community maintenance, security and maid services.  

To accompany these services we can also arrange on behalf of you and your guests, the kitchen and bathrooms to be stocked with food, drinks and toiletries before your arrival.  

We also offer a rentals service for your property, so that if you wish you can make an income from your property at times when you are not with us. Rental prices for such properties in Jamaica are exceeding $2000.00 a week, and with the benefit of an on-site team, you can ensure your property is rented to
maximum capacity, with added benefit of knowing we are here to look after the property at all times.
